Get rid of negative energies… and start of new Life!

A part from energy healing sessions of course, what can we do to take care of our energy body?


Emotional care: before anything… Love, Self Love, Love for others

  • Express your emotions. Unexpressed emotions, unprocessed emotions are stored in our energy body, and their frequencies perturbates our cells, which cannot function optimally. If a situation provoques anger in you, of course do not explode in public – after all, we are civilised persons – but once in a safe space like your bedroom, do not hesitate to shout, punch, free and express your anger freely. Pillows make good punching balls!

  • Do things you love, and do them often. If you hate your job, consider seriously changing jobs or careers. The same is valid for anything you can’t stand anymore in your life. You’re born to be happy, not to be miserable. Listen to yourself. Listen to your intuition. Let your heart guide you.

  • Give. Give smiles, give time, give love, offer gifts, birthday cards, home baked pies, offer help, to your neighbour, to the old lady in the street… Simply Give. Give what you have. Share your gifts. It’s one of the greatest joys on Earth and it nourishes you and your energy body profoundly.

  • Spend time with your loves ones. Give and receive plenty of hugs. Make your hugs last 8 minutes… Laugh! Take some distance and laugh.

  • Forgive. Forgive yourself for not being perfect and only human. Forgive others for having been only human and not perfect. Forgive, life you would like to be forgiven. Hoponopono is a good method you can use at home to concretize that act of forgiveness.


    Physical care: Your body is your temple, the unique vessel you have for all your life, which works loyally 24/7 for you… Give it Love and Thanks!

  • Eat raw fruits and vegetables. The fresher the produce, the more vitality it brings to your body. Cooking kills part of the Life force, so make sure to eat fruits and salads everyday. Of course, local organic products are to be preferred as much as possible.

  • Detox your body and your digestive system, in particular from heavy metals, by doing a cure of zeolite of a month if you have never done one, of 2 to 3 weeks as maintenance cure, every year. Take a tablespoon of zeolite mixed in half a glass of water on an empty stomach (use wood or plastic spoon, no metal) half an hour minimum before breakfast. It’s as simple as that.

  • Help your digestive system by drinking home made water kefir, every day if you want, and experience the pleasure of having a great digestion! The ones you find on the supermarket shelves have been pasteurized, their enzymes have been killed, they have lost their vitality and benefits. Doing your own kefir at home is a pleasure, you can adapt it to your taste by adding lemon, cinammon, anything you like really, and it takes only 7 minutes every two days!

  • Use the power if plants by adding fresh parsley, cilantro, basilic, salvia, thyme, to your plates… and by drinking salvia, olive leaves, chamomile, hibiscus, ginger, turmeric, cinnamon infusions.

  • As much as possible, ditch coffee, which drains your adrenals (the glands managing your cortisol, your response to stress) for a wonderful ecological green tea cup full of antioxydants and fantastic for apoptosis, the process that gets rid of your old damaged cells – that need to be cleaned, otherwise they can evolve into illnesses.

  • Try to forget alcohol as much as possible, as it deeply lowers your vibration, opening the door to fatigue, anger issues, anxiousness, liver damage, cells damage and plenty of other ailments. They are a lot of delicious other drinks like pure grapefruit juice, carrot juice, tomato juice, real lemonade (lemon juice in water with honey for example), water kefir, coco water… and simply water!


    Cultivate moments of Joy and Peace

  • Listen to high vibration music, like classical music. Its frequency penetrates your cells and do them good.

  • As much as possible, stop listening to the news. Simply the bare minimum. News bring every morning a lot of negative energy and stress, bringing energies down and interfering with Hope, Positivity, and Peace.

  • Cultivate discipline, by observing your thoughts and deciding not to follow the negative ones, abandoning them and replacing them by a thought of hope, courage, and tolerance. How to do that? Force your self to smile, and to remember all that you have and are grateful for (your life, your health, your family, your children, your friends, your home, your job, your free time, your heart, your brain, your body, your country, and most importantly your spirituality if you have one. Remember that you have overcome a lot of obstacles as of today. Remember your victories. Remember yourself when you are your best self. Remember being negative does not serve, it just destroys and does not help. So Smile. The song “Smile”, written by Charlie Chaplin, is beautiful and has precious lyrics. Listen to it when down if it resonates.

  • If you can and if you appreciate it, offer your body a sauna or a hammam, to get rid of toxins that are in the food, the air, the water.

  • Take time to disconnect. Book time for yourself everyday. Yes, everyday, even if it is 15 minutes. You heard it so many times… if it resonates, try meditation. Otherwise, simply read a good book, it is a meditation. A book, not a video 😉 Diminish your screen time to the minimum. No screen time 1 hour before sleep of course. A hot shower or bath instead. Cook your own meals, that’s another act of meditation. Contemplate nature, immerse yourself in Nature as much as possible, we need it! Nature’s energies are the purest and do recharge us. Practice “grounding” by walking barefoot on earth, grass, sand. Swim in lakes or even better if you can, in the ocean. Immerse yourself in this purifying energy.

  • Sing. Dance. Put your favorite music and move your body. Sing in the shower everyday! You can put the music on and sing along if easier 🙂

  • Consider adopting a pet if it resonates with you. Those furry loyal friends help us in may ways having a healthier energetic body. They even absorb some of our negative charge, out of love for their “master”.

  • Of course, exercice, gently, and rest. You know that. Get your minimum of 45 mn of physical movement everyday, and of 7 to 8 hours per night. It’s the base of your physical health, together with your alimentation. You know that perfectly, simply make sure you put into practice as a priority in your life. The free app “7 minutes” available on Google play and App store, designed by a team of sports medicine physicians, trains your whole body in 7 mn in the comfort of your home and is equivalent to a 1 hour training. Tested and approved by many of us! No excuses if it rains or if you are travelling, you can do it in your hotel room.

  • And most importantly, if this resonates with you, develop a spiritual practice. It will anchor you and make you much more resilient and smiling in front of obstacles, and in front of the problems, that will always appear anyway. The idea is to enjoy Life while you put your best Self to resolve those issues, those challenges that help you become stronger, more comprehensive, and more tolerant.



    This looks like a mix between Stoïcism rules, Naturopathy tips, and a list from a self development book 🙂 Well there is Truth in all that, it’s tried and proven methods that work since the beginning of times… Don’t believe us, try it for yourself if you feel like it, and see the results over a month. It does not replace energy healing and energy cleaning sessions, but it’s acts of Self Love that go a long way to take care of us, and consequently enable us to take better care of others, and of Mother Earth… and ultimately to raise the vibration on our beautiful planet.
